Hey there! 👋 Leo here — I know it’s been a while since the last SuperFit update, but a lot has happened! Here’s what’s new:

1. Journeys

‘Journeys’ are Training Plans designed to help you reach common sports goals. Want to jump higher in Basketball? We have a 8-week Journey for that. Make the commitment and start one today!

2. A new weekly dashboard

We needed this. The training dashboard on SuperFit V1 was very confusing for some users. Now your weekly workouts are laid out in a simple list, and swiping left allows you to preview next week’s workouts. Boom. shoutout @acreea

3. Exercise Goals and Intensity

During workout mode, each exercise tells you what the goal of the current set is (do more reps, faster pace, focus on technique), as well as the intensity you should be feeling when you do the exercise (max effort, easy, very hard).

Download SuperFit V2 on iOSOne last note— SuperFit 2.0 begins with a fresh slate. During the public beta testing of 1.0, I knew some changes had to be made to improve the long term stability of the web and mobile app.If you would like to recover your workout progress from versions before 2.0, email me and I will help you migrate that data onto SuperFit 2.0 without a problem.
